Every Curated Houston piece is printed to order just for you. Here's how we make it right when something's off:

Size exchanges — free within 30 days

Wrong size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll print and ship a replacement in the right size at no charge. No need to return the original — donate it to a fellow fan.

Defects & printing errors

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or flawed, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it free or refund you in full — your choice.

Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns on correctly delivered items. Refunds are issued in full for defects, wrong items shipped, or orders lost in transit. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once accessed, except where the file is defective.
